Growing up between two brothers, and parents that never connected. Sarita Khalsa (Previously Saltmarsh) found herself always isolated and lost. She never knew the reason as a child, but always found that she never fitted in.

In this book, the author talks about how her journey of almost 40 years of domestic violence. Even more so, like most of us, of times not even realizing that she was in a domestic violence cycle and then trying to get out of it.
By that time though she had no support, because it was too late, she was stuck in a loveless marriage with no family, no friends and no hope. But still Sarita managed. She had gone from the frying pan, straight into the fire but she didn’t burn. She came out stronger and she came out wild. And she came out a Queen!
